PRIVACY / REVIEW DRAFT
Business context only. Your evidence stays separate.
This notice describes the marketing site’s intended and currently configured data handling. Draft dated October 19, 2026; owner and legal review are required before the replacement launch.
Who operates this site
GC Solutions LLC is based in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. Privacy and business inquiries can be directed to marquez.greenhill@gcsolutionsllc.co.
Information in an assessment inquiry
The form asks for your name, business email, company, job title, primary interest, approximate scope, preferred consultation timing, a short business description and acknowledgment of this notice. Do not submit passwords, private keys, HSM exports, configurations, account data, customer information or confidential documents.
Until secure intake and bot protection are connected, the site does not accept or store online inquiries. Form entries are kept in the current page only, not saved to browser storage. A direct email is processed through the business email service you choose to contact.
Purpose and recipients when intake is connected
Accepted inquiries are sent server-side to the configured CRM or secure integration service to support responding, assessing engagement fit and coordinating a business discussion. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to unrelated marketing. The site will report acceptance only when the configured destination confirms it.
The owner must confirm the selected CRM, notification routing, processing locations, provider terms and relevant contractual safeguards before online intake is enabled. No customer evidence portal is provided here. Any later evidence exchange requires a separately agreed secure channel.
Optional measurement and necessary security
Optional event measurement is disabled unless you affirmatively allow it. The browser stores your allow/decline preference locally. When connected, event forwarding contains an event category, page path, broad source category and timestamp—not form contents, full referrer URLs, private evidence or a persistent visitor identifier. Without an analytics destination, those events are not stored by this application.
Necessary API protections may use a salted, short-lived identifier for rate limiting. Raw network addresses are not logged by the application. The hosting platform or security providers may process network and operational information under their own terms. When Turnstile bot protection is configured, its verification service receives the necessary browser-verification information; no form description is sent to that service.
Retention and access
The site does not create a local persistent inquiry database. Development rate-limit counters expire after their short windows; production requires the configured distributed limiter with expiring counters. Hosting-provider log retention is governed by that provider and must be reviewed by the owner.
Proposed CRM inquiry retention is 90 days for inquiries that do not progress, subject to approved business and legal requirements. This is a proposed policy, not a claim that an unconfigured CRM currently deletes records. Engaged-client retention and contracted records are governed by the agreed engagement terms. The owner must implement and document the approved deletion schedule before intake goes live.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Contact the business email to ask about your inquiry, request correction or discuss deletion subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations. Your rights may depend on your jurisdiction; this draft does not determine those rights or replace legal advice.
Separate product and external sites
CryptoAgility Sentinel is a separately branded product site with its own access and operating boundaries. Its public demonstration is synthetic only. Do not submit customer evidence or secrets there. External scheduling, LinkedIn, standards publications and other linked sites operate under their own terms.
