CRYPTOAGILITY SENTINEL

Make cryptographic change visible before you make it operational.

CryptoAgility Sentinel is a current evaluation MVP for exploring evidence-led cryptographic inventory and migration planning with generic synthetic demonstration and training materials.

CURRENT EVALUATION MVP

Explore the planning model without presenting it as a live control plane.

The product is designed to demonstrate how cryptographic metadata can be normalized, connected to supporting evidence and considered against versioned policy. Its current evaluation experience uses generic synthetic data for demonstration and training.

WHAT THE EVALUATION CAN SHOW

Organize what is known, retain what is uncertain.

Normalized inventory

Bring demonstration metadata into a consistent vocabulary and link inventory elements to the evidence that supports them.

Versioned policy and confidence

Compare inventory context with versioned policy while preserving explicit unknowns and confidence instead of implying completeness.

Read-only findings and reporting

Review findings, reporting context and migration-planning options without treating the tool as an operational execution layer.

HUMAN REVIEW REMAINS CENTRAL

Use packages to inform accountable decisions.

Sentinel can support a human-reviewed package that relates evidence-linked inventory, policy context, findings and migration planning. People remain responsible for interpreting the material, challenging assumptions and approving any next step.

DEMONSTRATION SAFETY

Use generic material only.

Never submit customer evidence, private keys, HSM exports, credentials, card data or secrets to the shared demonstration. Do not treat a demo or training workflow as an approved evidence channel.

For an advisory engagement, secure evidence handling and access boundaries are agreed separately and only after scope, ownership and safeguards have been established.

PRESENT BOUNDARIES / FUTURE IS SEPARATE

Do not mistake planning support for live operational control.

Present evaluation: generic synthetic demo and training; metadata normalization; evidence-linked inventory; versioned policy; explicit unknowns and confidence; read-only findings, reporting and migration planning; human-reviewed packages.

Not provided today: a native live HSM collector, autonomous changes, PCI certification, cryptographic-module validation or a full enterprise SaaS. Any future capability must be evaluated independently of the current MVP.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Discuss the decision process around cryptographic change.

Start with a high-level business conversation. Evidence handling, scope and operating boundaries come next.
